I ordered 4 frames from this seller. I received them in a timely fashion, but one of the frames was damaged. I left 3-star feedback. I have never seen this happen before, but the seller contacted me and offered to send me a replacement frame. I was astounded by the high level of customer service. I have since removed my negative seller feedback and unfortunately couldn't leave feedback again, so I'm leaving feedback here.
